Blackwing Matte - Red (Set of 12)
This colorway has a matte red finish, copper imprint, copper ferrule, and light gray eraser. It features a “SOFT” pencil graphite indicator stamp on the barrel. Not to be confused with our red core pencils, this is a graphite pencil with a red barrel. This pencil is ideal for musicians, woodworkers, and anyone who prefers a soft, dark graphite line. The Blackwing Matte is the softest of the four core Blackwing models.
Blackwing Matte pencils come in a 12-pack gift box that also doubles as a pencil cup. The Blackwing Matte has the same satisfying graphite formulation as the classic, since renamed, “Palomino Blackwing.”
